Naw. Putting on a little muscle and getting in good health is a very good start in accepting yourself.
Are you a quadriplegic?

Srsly bro there’s not a lot you can do about what you describe so don’t waste the mental effort. Whilst at your age you might perceive them to be significant barriers, they’re inconsequential to a fulfilling life. Perhaps because others’ opinions shift - or perhaps because you stop caring about those opinions - these feelings fade ever more around your mid 20’s.

Assuming what you probably believe to be worst case scenario and 7/10 people discount you for it, that will still leave more than enough for you to feel accepted; I promise these people will be of higher quality anyway.

What you shouldn’t do is turn to other insecure larpers on forums for advice. We’re all crabs in a bucket here that dream up stories to make ourselves feel better at the expense of others and ourselves: we perpetuate insecurities and insure no one, especially not ourselves, can overcome them.
Work on yourself, treat yourself as you would someone you care for, because that’s how you should think of yourself.

Whilst it was a bit mean, the first post is right.

You need to have some life experiences.

How is this body dysmorphia? I thought body dysmorphia meant seeing yourself different than you really are.
