Not that many, but not for lack of it existing. Many simply do not believe that they are capable of it or that it exists. In a sense purpose is just a matter of perspective anyhow. Survival is as good a reason to do anything, as is 'because it's funny' or hatred or rage. Better to pick that which elevates you

Believe me when I tell you that fake it till you make it works. The difference between fake confidence and real confidence, in 9/10 cases, is simply that the person forgot they were simply faking it. I can only recommend you deal with that feeling, that perception that it's all a lie. You wanna know one of the things I feel passionately about? Reading and writing, because I know it'll make my writing and thinking better, and in turn people will recognize that and that makes me giddy. Think about your life, what lead to it, what did you like to do as a child, etc. The mind is a set of modalities, and free will is real enough for you if you suspend your disbelief. Meaning, you can choose any set of modalities with enough energy behind it.
