You are about to be recommended Italo Calvino’s novel, If on a Winter’s Night a Traveler, by an Anonymous poster on 4chan. Relax. Concentrate. It's not a terribly long post, but you feel the urge to stop reading it midsentence. You try to ignore the urge. You can get through it. While reading the post, you think of the way you're reading the post, which would otherwise distract you from the post if this weren't such an odd post, talking about itself.
Moving to the next paragraph, you are expecting the Anonymous poster to recommend you Italo Calvino's novel, If on a Winter's Night a Traveller. You read and read, however, but the recommendation does not appear. You are beginning to wonder if this post is a waste of your time. But since the post is almost over, you feel like it'd be a waste not to finish reading it. Now that you are almost over, you are starting to think whether you should reply to the post or not, if you were to, whether you should reply with a simple "Based" or "Cringe", and which memetic image would best accompany it. After a quick search through your reaction image folder (too big for its own good, you note), you decide to post a Basedjak and quote a random section of the text, in order to call the poster a faggot. You feel satisfied after doing so.

Meditate for 5 minutes
Just count your breath in and out, inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth
When your mind strays, don't fret, just let it pass and resume counting
This kind of meditation is called calm-abiding by Buddhists, by meditating on a specific thing you can train your concentration to be better
The same goes with reading, when you get distracted just let it pass and then resume reading

Just stop reading for awhile. Your brain is probably getting tired from looking at the same thing.
