Ornate, pure, femdom erotica is sorely needed. Venus in Furs had a bad ending, I want some coomer lit with a good one.

It’s not real art. It’s bad art. It usually cheapens life at its worst and makes for kitschy comedy at its best.

The second act has tremendous importance in being human and has to be approached carefully. Making representations of it a fapping industry is a mistake. It encourages people to engage with sex casually, as if it weren’t important.

exactly, it's just smut for the sake of entertainment
i guess that if someone were to try to write an erotic scene with the intention to present it beautifully with words rather than presenting it for arousing it could have literary merit, but nobody does that

Now lolita, if it could be called an erotic work, is a good example of artistic writing. I even forgot it was about some guy's obsession with a little girl just because of how beautiful it was.
Take note here, its artistic presentation literally detracted from its erotic content, meaning that good art negates smutty content

>> No.16246579

As it should. Say if erotica were to be presented in an artistic light, expressing the joy of lovemaking. What then?

>> No.16246595

>>16246579
I don't know, can you present any work like that? I am genuinely curious becuase this could help prove the point I'm trying to make, that art and smut run so contrary to each other that one would negate the other even if they are presented in the same literal medium

I suppose this is where a tasteful hand would dare venture but might only come partway. We aren't buggering our sisters in GoT and calling it art.

Lots of deracinated anaemics in this thread. If eroticism has no place in art, then I suppose we must do away with the Song of Songs, and the poetry of Theognis and Catullus and Theocritus and Rumi and Hafiz and the stories of Ovid and Boccaccio and the ancient novel Daphnis and Chloe and the modern novels of D.H. Lawrence and Mishima and so on and so on.

Ah yes that reminds me. Can any anon here read my 16 page short storey? it's a alt-historical, atmospheric, erotic piece. My influences are Homer, Wilde, and Evola. it only gets sexual in the last few pages, but it is an integral part of the story. Would be kino if someone could read it all the way through and give me feedback.

I only like reading erotica if it is combined with the grotesque or surreal, and only if it serves to strength the sense of either of those things rather than sexual preference for them. Erotica for its own sake is incredibly trite and only gains literary value when victimised by its own shadow.

I write violent erotica as an outlet when I'm stressed. It has a place as short-form entertainment and to explore fantasies that could never be achievable irl. It does not have much literary value behind it as there is no intent behind it other than to arouse.

Amazon is where you self-publish, but Twitter/Reddit is where you build the grounds for a fanbase by interacting with the broader community. I would recommend creating a twitter account where you can interact with other authors and fans, and write short complimentary reviews for other author's works. I would also recommend having a few stories in the pipe ready to go by the time you publish because fans of this genre prefer to read 4 100 page works than 1 400 page.

I can't think of anything but women. Their thighs, hips, hands, shoulders, necks, legs, feet, breasts, butts, hair, smiles, attitude, behavior, everything that makes them female. I have an ideal of them in my head that never meets reality. I just want to lay on them and touch them. I'm not even sexually attracted so much, I mainly just want their presence around to keep my sanity.

My friend wrote an incredibly violent homosexual story about a bug-chaser he insisted was *not* erotica. Here's a slice of it:

"Tom's exhausted and frail body spasmed like a bug from the agonising pressure against his organs. What little air remained in Tom expelled itself, leaving him flapping his lips like a fish on land. A fresh pain assailed him, despite almost drowning his trachea was raw and hot from his wild attempts to breathe. A weight lifted from Tom's body. He fell to his knees, his body still being lifted by the toilet.

Not content to let the Gift go to waste, he plunged his fingers into his ass. It was easier now. His ass still gaped from the abuse. It hurt to touch, but this only intensified Tom's will. He pulled his fingers out, covered in blood and cum, smearing them over the cuts that littered his body. With a few pearls of ejaculate, he teased the Gift into the front of his mouth where his incisor used to be. His body involuntarily jolted as he crammed the Gift into the exposed blood vessels and nerves of his now haemorrhaged gums. What fluids he failed to remove from his hole, he churned inside himself. Trying to make sure that every drop of the fluid flowed into the anal tearing."

Hell no. I had to google what hrt means and I tell you I couldn't be further away. You know what makes the female quality interesting? Exactly, it's the fact of its extraneous ess which you can only experience as a man. I'm an observer in life and have high schizo or solitary tendencies. Thinking of the female Form is what keeps me sane and once this distance to the female form would be gone, aka hrt, all its value would be lost. Also I'm way too old for that stuff, I'm almost 30 and feel like my identity is pretty much settled. Again, what I really want is to just have intimicy and trust with a woman unconditionally, I want her to be in bed me because she wants to, and I don't want her to sucky dick but simply be there as a subject that I can feel and touch and tickle and talk to and share my time with. Sadly though I'm a unaccomplished soon to be wizard, and call me a crab or not I don't care, but I think I never experienced love from my own mother hence my desire for unconditional female trust and affection.

>>16249002
I have to agree, women can be obnoxious, but their smell is otherworldly and I'd love to find out how they taste.
