It‘s because those two things are their greatest shame of a woman. It took the greatest courage to write about it. So they are correct to use this pain to write. It is the equivalent of the pain a man feels when he‘s an incel and writes about it.
The issue is that it has become so common place that it takes no courage anymore. It has become a pain that you can talk about because others have talked about it before. It is no pioneering work anymore. So it has lost it‘s scariness and it‘s novelty. As humans, we go trough those pain pioneering periodically. Every now and then, the next pain that was taboo is brought into the light of publicity and gets written about so often it loses all it‘s power. Then it becomes lame to talk about it because still feeling brave to talk about something that has become common place is just sad.
