Imagine being so logically inclined that one cannot detect intentional logical fallacies formulated into a single sentence.
Imagine being so logically inclined that you think correct formulation of logic is a logical fallacy and you cannot detect the difference between reality and fictitious nonsense.

In real life, sarcasm can be conveyed through different means, chiefly tone of voice, the speaker's facial expression and context. Some people are sarcastic in a very obvious way. Others deliver it a dead pan way, and it's not easy to tell unless you know the person's character. Or what the speaker is saying sounds so outlandish in relation to the rest of the message, it's likely to be sarcasm.

These things are not easy to convey in text form. Much less in anonymous, succinct forms of communication. It would be easier to tell them if everyone had a similar IQ level, education. But with extreme cases of insanity, like flat earthers, antivaxxers, creationists, etc. you can never be sure just how similar to you the other person might be, so it makes things even harder.
Some years ago, a special character was proposed, (I think it was a weird looking dot or an s) supposed to signify sarcasm. I guess /s is more readily available across keyboards etc.
