I have used this book to smite every last anemic thought and behavior that ever skulked within me. No matter how deeply rooted the opprobrious habit or attitude was, I was able to find a passage from this book that was pertinent to it and capable of dispelling its atrophic influence from my life. Where once there slipped the useless cyclical rhetoric of capitulation, there now sweeps the bawdy joys of a trouncing spirit.
This book is a purge of fire and vital urgency. It is like stepping into the Sun after a lifetime of living in squalid caves. I have never been more amped to live and love. I have never been more certain of things in my life. I have never been lifting more or eating healthier. And I WILL get that big milkies 40+ yr old mommy gf by the end of this year. I WILL!
