I wanted to write about a slave owner who was willing to free all the slaves that said they forgave him in a dormal document. One slave would refuse to do this out of pride and remain his only slave. It was supposed to show stubborness.
But as I began to describe why he wanred the forgiveness so much, i ended up writing about my anxiety and craving the approval of others.
