Only a tried and true expert in navel-gazing would make an image like this. Their ability to sense anything on this Earth is entirely theatrical: sex is like a movie or music video they saw in their formative years, their dialogue will be influenced by the social cues and acute pauses of Michael Cera (if they're of a different breed, a mumblecore movie they watched when approaching the interests of "obscurity" only to revert back to their insect habits later), and their sensibilities towards fashion or imagery are built upon the disconnected peace of childhood.
