Create a life worth living (one not focused on women) and you will find a woman who wants to be a part of it.

Be honest with women and tell them what you want. I wouldn't use the word dominant, but be "direct". Some will be into it, some won't, its usually dependent on whether they were attracted to you in the first place.

Be honest with yourself about your habits, appearance, and hobbies. Improve what you have, or if you're content, find someone who likes who you are already.

Be realistic. You might not be able to get 10s but you'll be able to swing harder up the chain if you optimize yourself. Just doing basic stuff will put you above like 50% of the male population.
