can anyone recommend some good non-fiction?

everything I read is either boring or just seems fake.

I don't know about you, but I don't remember the exact words I've used in conversations that happened over a week ago. So I assume no one else does either. So how do authors do it? Hence, why I think they're fake and the stories are exaggerated.

pic related. I'm reading that.

Am I being trolled?

Writers of non-fiction remember what people say either because they write down good lines, or they record them.

Good non-fiction:
Malcolm X

I mean, you can't really rate non-fiction on the same scale as fiction. They are good for being true and presenting the information in a way that is easy as possible to understanding without dumbing anything down.
