Summertime gets me in a swashbuckling mood. What are some good books on or about pirates?

There's not a huge amount of pirate /lit/ that I know of. Maybe just have to go with things that are naval-themed. The Viking sagas are decent fun and poems like Bermudas too. Moby Dick goes without saying

Twenty thousand leagues under the sea is technically about steampunk pirates and it is a beautiful novel. I think Verne has a novel about pirates too but I haven't read it.

It's okay. One of the big selling points was that the author used a historical setpiece but I think he incorporated the historical characters sort of poorly. They feel latched on. Whilst he also describes sailing in a very vivid and knowledgable manner, knowing various techniques and such, it doesn't have a strong pirate atmosphere and doesn't feel much like the 18th century. The dialogue could be from any late 20th century novel. The book is mostly about the magic I think.
