Look up Transformation Mastery, or at least pranic breathing, and David Hawkins. You need to raise your level of consciousness so that you aren't so close to those lower states. This is done by letting go of resistances you have towards life caused by trauma, repressed emotion and the like. Those things weigh you down spiritually, literally you are lower in spectrum consciousness, and keep you farther from the light of God.

Also recognize that all those negative things you think about yourself ARE NOT TRUE. They are an illusion and a lie, a story you tell yourself. Your soul is perfect and made in the image of God, and Jesus Christ himself, like all life is. People think Jesus is amazing but the big truth is that deep down you ARE him. You are already perfect, just as he is. This is hard to grasp because of the way you feel now, but the further you go the more you realize it to be true.
