I'm doing fine, thanks for asking. I still have my job and was recently just called back to work after being told to stay home for about two months, during which I just collected unemployment, read and chilled with my roommates. It was pretty relaxing actually. How about you?

It means different things in the different schools which use it. The most common or classic example would be how the Hindus use it to say that there is a lack of duality (i.e. there are not two separate entities) between God/the Absolute and the individual soul (in its essential nature, divested of unreal impositions), although even within Hinduism there are various non-dual schools who interpret this differently, for example Advaita says that the soul completely identical with God whereas Vishishtadvaita says the relation is of parts to a whole; in both cases though when they say the soul and God are non-dual they mean soul in the sense of Supreme Self or Paramatman which is the 'real soul' and not the illusory fake soul (jiva) which includes the mind, intellect, emotions, memory etc and which is produced by the apparent association of the Paramatman with the unconcious body and intellect created by God. They are not saying that the soul in the sense of a limited thing that suffers and has emotions is non-different than God, they are saying that the inner unchanging blissful awareness which witnesses our thoughts and sensory perceptions and which doesn't suffer or have emotions, thoughts etc and which one cannot normally even discern unless one studies the scriptures or is introduced to it by a guru, is non-dual with or non-different from God.
