I'm down. I've got Aion and the Archetypes and the Collective Unconscious. I have only read excerpts of his book but I watched the lectures back in 2018. The way Peterson is able to describe Jungian concepts in terms of cognitive perception and motivation is considerably useful given the fact that Jung often gets a wrap as pseudoscientific or mystical.

I would consider maps of meaning as the "summary" (although the book is pretty huge) of all psychoanalytic ideas/subjective world interpretation.
The conceptualizations he makes on these books are pretty useful and practical in all honesty

I think people are mistaken when they think that there is nothing of value in this book, but I think the whole 'maps of meaning' and how things derive their value is explained better in Nietzsche. I honestly think the first half of the book (the parts when he isn't writing his autobiography) is basically Peterson applying his interpretation of many of Nietzsche's ideas. And the second half broadly speaking is him applying his interpretation of Jung's ideas (the parts where he's writing about Jung's interest in alchemy etc.). Considering this, I think a person would be better off just reading Nietzsche or Jung instead because there is more depth in their books, but this book may be more accessible because it was written more recently (though it is still very dense, despite simplifying and reducing many of the ideas it takes from other people).

Overall it's an interesting book but considering the length of time it would take to complete, and the energy you would need to expend reading it, you would probably be better off reading better books.
