Now the main character of the last book you've read has become Michael Cera.

Satan.....Michael Cera is a French Satan.....

>> No.1545637

If he becomes Michael Cera, than he is Michael Cera, with his body, mind and soul, whatever definition for any of those you have. And by that, I assume that he has also taken Michael Cera's memory and life as his own. Being very deterministic here, it would probably have no effect.

If this magical proposition implies a retroactive consequence of change to the book in case, to fit in this young actor from the 21st century, then I'd say the very existence of the book could be changed. I don't see the last book that I've read existing if the main character was Michael Cera. If it did, it would probably not be as successful as it is now and I wouldn't have known it to read it.

The last book that I read is not relevant to this thread.

OP makes no sense.

Part One
-------------
I
Mother died today. Or, maybe, it was yesterday; I can't remember. What do you think I should do? I want to go to her funeral, but I just knocked up my best friend.

II
Anyhow, by eaving Marie had forgotten all about it. The film was funny in parts, but some of it was downright stupid. She pressed her leg against mine while we were in the picture house, and I was fondling her breast. Toward the end of the show I kissed her, but rather clumsily.. Afterward she came back with me to my place.
When I woke up Marie had gone. She had left a note which read, "Whatever, its not like the sex was your idea anyway."

I read Alone in Berlin last.

So Michael Cera is living in Nazi-era Berlin, and ends up getting arrested, interrogated and tortured by a Gestapo officer, repeatedly gets the shit kicked out of him by the SS, spends a long time in solitary confinement on death row and ends up being beheaded.

I'm okay with this.
