That's the one of a student of Nietzsche from back in the Basel days, i think. It seems he was asked about this decades later, when both the Nietzsche and Stirner craze first hit in turn of the century Germany, making his testimony unreliable. Most other personal acquaintances of Nietzsche claiming he loved Stirner are in some way biased.
