Certainly some of them are like that. Maybe a majority, but there will of course be some that think a bit further than that. They'll still ostensibly think that feminism is "really good" but deep down they will know it's inherent flaws but not be willing to address them. Like closeted Sargonites.

Can't really explain it. "The Future is Female" is an empty slogan that doesn't contribute much to the cause of feminism. It's personal marketing without providing any actual solidarity for women. It's likely that none of these bros would confront or inform on another person in the picture if they were caught harassing or abusing one of their woman coworkers. Very confusing to just wear the shirt.

i doubt any of them would see actual sexual harassment or abuse to call out. it's not as rampant as you think it is and when it is, it's second hand knowledge. everyone knew about weinstein but no one knew it first hand. confronting someone over gossip is a risky and pretty stupid thing to do.

I think that unironically does a really good job of explaining it. It's a slogan that's got just virtue signalling capacity to be useful as a form of personal marketing, but doesn't commit them to any course of action or activity that may cost them anything
