Well parents thing is a big one, i have pretty minor grievances and they created an emotional/mental cage that fucks me up every day. His seems to be much more fucked up and he also forced himself into a position of (relative) power to try to help them and it still didn't work. People like to say "don't give advice until you've yourself followed it" but after four years doing fitness my advice on exercise/nutrition was still completely disregarded, i didn't look that good though but for him i'm sure it's beyond maddening.

I think you're not understanding me and it shows, what I'm really practicing is cerebration not visual "cerebration". Notice how the image still uses human conjured symbols, there's only one instance of the set where there's a thought that is exclusively visually oriented. I use a method of loci where you build a "palace" of information in you head, ordering it in a visual way. This way you think faster and memorize better by fetching words from keys.
But to explain it better, I thoroughly believe that exclusive internal thinking leads to the type of mental illness this guy has because I was losing my mind when I only had an internal voice as you exist solely inside your own head that way with language which can often poison your thoughts.
