The dude clearly has issues. He did turn his life around but if you listen to him for more than 30 minutes you can tell he is clearly psychotic and most of it is an act that he forces himself to believe. He has said he's ruined his whole endocrine system and his joints by running on broken bones until exhaustion because giving out would make him a pussy.

This guy is a madman...His brand of madness is very unique though. It fits the expectations of hyper capitalism, which is usually at odds with madness. The premise is incredibly interesting but a third party would have to write a book about him. Maybe I will use him as a character in my novel.

Poor guy was horribly traumatised from an early age and grew into a fat loser. He then tries to be as tough as humanly possible in a desperate attempt to prove he's can't be hurt again. The book's title says it all.

he had a manson-hitler childhood. Not ordinary abuse, domistic torture. Self awarness is usually the aid for such ills. But at some point, if the horros are too inhumane, self awarness becomes more dangerous than dissociation or psychosis. This guy is one light prick of the needle away from bursting. His best bet is to keep doing what he is doing, he is on a good pace to outrun his heritage. I dont know of any other figure who actually managed to do that without outward aggression.

A nobody. I believe that I can write good plotlines, good internal monologue and a good main character. But I have trouble writing deep characters that are not in any obvious way like myself. Writing is really the only skill I have that I believe is on a pretty high level. I thought about plotlines everyday since I heard my first story. You know your calling once you hear it. I can say without arrogance or dunning kruger that I am pretty good at that. I dont feel any insecurity when I say or think that, thats how I know that I truly believe in myself (I dont have this feeling for anything else).

Obviously my english isnt perfect and the novel will be in german
