Its a fundamentally a problem with knowledge, and both those claims are too assertive to rightly be called 'nihilist'. skepticism thinks we cannot be certain, nihilism claims that true knowledge is impossible. nihilism is not the same thing as moral relativism, the later is simply a consequence of the former (but can just as easily result from other, less extreme positions of doubt).
