Are you talking about the book by Lee Stroble? I hadn't read The Case for Christ but in high school I had to read The Case for Faith (same author). It's written from a Catholic perspective and is very much what you'd expect from contemporary apologetics. If you're looking to read apologetics, I'd recommend something by G.K. Chesterton.

I don't mind the occasional pretty girl but I feel that constant posting of art hoes only cheapens the dialogue. It props up threads that otherwise would've died from lack of interest and it encourages the Madonna/whore complex that many men on 4chan have towards women (see the incel/simp dichotomy that's arisen in the past few years).
