One of the issues with anything that focuses on Baudrillard before SeD is that he moves well past the frameworks he establishes. It's not bad content, but if you want Baudrillard being Baudrillard you need to go past his earlier works. Otherwise you're seeing a Baudrillardian take on post-structuralist topics, which this video is.
