you don't have access to whatever the base-level of the universe is if such a thing exists, you only have primitive models. there's no reason to think there couldn't be multiple layers of reality, some in reach some not, that are simply counted under one model. indeed, questions of causal or miracle are too far down that it's irrelevant to scientific modelling which is way too far up that most of it is about an interplay of culture and other social things than any material notion, outside of the hard sciences.

Wrong, the real reason is God said he would destroy the Hebrews if they disbelieved in his Signs. If he sent miracles the matter would be already decided. This is likely why he only sends miracles before he is about to destroy them (Jesus and 2nd Temple Destruction). And miracled were more abundant before the Covenant at Sinai

Hold up! Jesus predicted the future and what would happen in our time. You don't need a camera to know that, we have science which proves how old the manuscripts are, including prophecies about the messiah

We call miracles "coincidences" now. If you can explain away the creation of the universe from just a single point to be nothing more than "coincidence", than you can explain away anything. If you'd look at your own life, you'd probably find at least several of such "coincidences".
