I won't because the Christian perversion of the concept of Logos is absolutely shameful and one should not allow it to go on.

Logos is not a Jewish guy that walked around being gay in Judea 2000 years ago. I repeat Jesus was not Logos.

>Jewish guy
While the Law of Return allowed every Jew to immigrate to Israel, it did not define who is a Jew, which brought on some legal issues such as the case of Rufeisen v Minister of the Interior in 1962. Oswald Rufeisen was a Polish Jew who had converted to Catholicism and sought to immigrate to Israel. The Supreme Court ruled that by converting to another religion he had forfeited his right to return. This decision of the court would make its way into the second amendment of the Law of Return in 1970 in which "Jew" was defined:

In 1970, the right of entry and settlement was extended to people with one Jewish grandparent and a person who is married to a Jew, whether or not he or she is considered Jewish under Orthodox interpretations of Halakha.[7]

4A. (a) The rights of a Jew under this Law and the rights of an oleh under the Nationality Law, 5712-1952***, as well as the rights of an oleh under any other enactment, are also vested in a child and a grandchild of a Jew, the spouse of a Jew, the spouse of a child of a Jew and the spouse of a grandchild of a Jew, except for a person who has been a Jew and has voluntarily changed his religion.

(b) It shall be immaterial whether or not a Jew by whose right a right under subsection (a) is claimed is still alive and whether or not he has immigrated to Israel.

4B. For the purposes of this Law, "Jew" means a person who was born of a Jewish mother or has become converted to Judaism and who is not a member of another religion.

you have to be born with magic, I think it's like a dominant/recessive gene or some retarded shit like that given that if you're the child of muggles you can be born with magic (mudblood) and sometimes children of wizards can be born without magic like Mr. Filch (squib) but there's a very high chance the child will inherit the magical-ness or lack of it from their parents

Yes. Good genes.
A lot of fanfiction make the assertion that "muggleborns" are actually descendants of "squibs" and that the wizard gene is an inheritable trait (obvie), and not a spontaneous mutation, but I can't remember if there was a Genesis of wizardkind.
