That’s rather poor.
I prefer; the state or Now. A snapshot of particles and space as they are in a given Nowness.
They are caught in this snapshot, posing in a way, in a collection of other particles as something or other, this is existing. The mind conjures up memories, events never to occur again, and this contributes to the emotions of Love and Happiness.
So I do say they “exist”, but are like that river and always flowing. Feeling different from moment to moment, day to day, year to year.
