These twitter posters talk a lot about esoteric subjects. Are they worth listening to? They claim to have 177 IQ and know alot about various authors. They also deride 4chan for being "low IQ" now and that little pockets of estoteric twitter is the future for /lit/erary discussion. You agree? How are these posters so smart?

Why dont you fuck off back to twitter and discuss it there. The entire platform is just an ADHD version of Reddit.

Those two twitter posters are veterans of /g/ and /lit/ but now exclusively post on twitter because it's more high brow the image board posting since everyone just resorts to soijaks here

Most of Twitter is awful, but despite that, I find it the least-awful of all the social media platforms. I think it's because it's so word-focused, you do occasionally get interesting content there.

It's better than Facebook and Instagram, at least.

Who gives a shit? Again, fuck off back to twitter

I think it's kind of rich to call Twitter "more highbrow" than /lit/. As someone who posts here every day and also has an active Twitter account I'd say both of these places can be both equally great and equally retarded on any given day.

imagine taking your posting this seriously, it's like these guys have nothing outside the little online bubble they've locked themselves into
absolutely pathetic

I detested Twitter for a long time but checked it out in early 2018 and actually stumbled my way into some really interesting communities through my initial search for accelerationist accounts. If you’re selective about your follows and don’t just follow who you recognize from outside of the website, you can curate a timeline much more consistent than /lit/ or any other board. Twitter isn’t as much of a distinct community 4chan or reddit, it’s literally just a relatively even sampling of pretty much everyone. Of course the surface level will be shit

Imagine being so desperate for attention you self-advertise yourself on 4chan. Saged. Reported.

Yea, a place where people go to indulge themselves in self vanity and pretend they don’t use the attention to get their own libido off.

That was a brief phase that I quickly turned away from, there are a few cool authors I still follow but I meant other more hidden circles I found through that entryway
