You should look. I live in Eastern Euro but I found a ton of 40K books (The Beast Arises series, Horus Heresy and even a few Dan Abnett books) at a mainstream library, in a huge mall no less. You never know if you don't look.

I found none in libraries here and unless your local librarian is a based neckbeard I wouldn't expect any over there either, you should still look regardless.

Found some at mine. And since I have an excess I don't read anymore(Got the audiobook versions for them), I stuff them into the small pocket libraries that dot my neighborhood so everyone can share in the grimdark.
