Idk about you, but if you're taking phone pics of a book or article in a table in good readable quality to show someone, you can sometimes get your hand in it too. I'll be damned if I go out of my way to retake the picture in good quality just take make sure my hand isn't in it. That's just me though, and likely most other people who aren't autistic or OCD.

Greek use is largely confined to ancient sources and bible, should be on list, but not that high.
Latin has both later ancient as well as medieval and early modern wide use. Should be close or somewhat higher than Greek.
Sanskrit similar to Greek, but even more specialized in subject matter. Should be lower.
Hebrew again is similar. For abrahamic interest largely.
German should be around French and Russian

If you made the list “ranked in order of most important treatise originally penned in the language” I might agree with you, but you explicitly said “usefulness”. Only if you are a particular specialized scholar do you need to understand original koine Greek. If you read the Republic in English, you are not missing out that much.

The Latin of the Bible is super easy compared to most of the classical stuff you'll read. Only problem is if you can read say Ovid and Virgil without issue the Bible is no problem whereas the reverse isn't true so you'll need way more work to transition from the Bible to more challenging things.
