No, but his rhymes are very amusing.
Used to listen to him a lot actually, now I mainly listen to classical but I still listen to some of his music as hes the only rapper I can tolerate and somehow the least vulgar

my disillusionment with MF DOOM began with the realization rhyme is just ONE device in a well-rounded poet's toolkit. and to pack a verse with as much internal rhyme as possible almost always distracts from the content of the verse itself. form for form's sake -- distracting.

i began to suspect something was wrong when i found myself scoffing at "traditional" poets' works because of their laughably "basic" rhymes. listening to a ton of rap growing up had let my taste get over-represented by rhyme/assonance. i wasn't even listening to the content of their words anymore.

anyway, that was many years ago, and i've since "corrected" this "problem." as far as rap is concerned i've found kendrick lamar and andre 3000 to be more "well-rounded" poets.
