The only difference between an int and a pseud is whether or not you know what the fuck you're talking about

History lesson. In the Renaissance (England), the middle class pseuds would not be fluent in Latin but would throw Latin and French words into their English to try and impress others. Eventually, some Latin and French become that widely used by these pseuds that they entered the English language. This is one of the reasons why we have so many synonyms in our language (conflagration - Latin, fire - Germanic/English, flame - French). People have been doing what OP does for over a millennium and the majority of the English language is produced by these pseud words now.

This truly makes people shit their pants. The average NPC has no clue who he is. Even some people who claim to read or be well read that I know have no clue who Nabokov is. You'll only be outed as a pseud when an intellectual corrects you on your anglicized pronunciation.
