There is this basement where black kids get murdered to serve as seafood. Basement is underwater (think venice), walls are covered in algae and hostage are held in company with crabs, octopuses and fetid fish meat. Some fat bastard put crab or fish meat into kids eyes and let the octopuses eat them. He likes jazz, listens to it all the time while dismembering bodies. Shit takes place in Haiti. The fat man also likes to seat on a giant turtle shell.
