In the first quote Nietzsche is just angry because he was rejected by every woman he ever talked to (including the ones from his own family). Nietzsche was a very eloquent and smart incel who was victim of the same resentment he so much criticized. This may be seen, not only when he talks about women but when he talks about Wagner. Needless to say, many times he was being ironic/sarcastic.
The second quote is a metaphor, as he is saying that truth is as attractive, lovable and gentle as them (of course, this is a romantic idealization, which Nietzsche does quite a lot).
