Depends. The polis obviously has no relevance but marx was influenced by aristotle who goes on about class struggle for example

You're better off with a decent understanding of statistics and data science. With an understanding in those disciplines, you'd be able to go straight to the source data and make a decision yourself instead of listening to subjective Jewish writers.

Obviously not, but having a clear understanding of Economics and Statistics could clear up major feminist talking points. For example, the wage gap theory is laughed at for anyone with even a slight understanding of those disciplines. That could be discovered without reading any female Jewish literature and by just looking at applicable government data. Pic related is how governments lie about gun crime and won't point out the obvious.

>>14580680
It's more of a mindset then something you "learn". Don't forget, Econ, Stats, Data Science, etc is a SOFT science with loads of subjectivity so common sense is still needed.

"Wealth of Nations" and "How to Lie with Statistics" are two easy beginners reads I'd highly recommend.

each of those topics has a detailed intellectual history that goes through the western world,so i think a better strategy would be to refine what you're interested in discovering first. keep in mind that starting points, in retrospect, are almost always arbitrary and trivial, so just dive into something interesting and keep pulling on the thread of your interest until you discover something else that carries your interest in another direction.

>>14580672
I get what you're saying, but would counter that you can't leapfrog the thousands of years of intellectual treatment and evolution of complex ideas like capitallism, economy, political order, etc..by statistics and quantitative analysis (which were born over time from scholars and amateurs thinking about practical solutions-for instance, a lot of basic stats came from businesspeople trying to improve brewing and commercial transactions).

Wealth of Nations may come off as archaic if you haven't read much, but would second that if you're determined to read your way through the ideas. You should also check out youtube videos for a survey of political history to hunt your next fascination
