I've been a socially anxious shat most of my life, and still am, to a certain extent. The times I've noticed this trait disappear, is when I'd been forced to work shitty jobs. Eventually, you won't care anymore.

I've also taken up lifting recently. Not for the ruse of looking big(though that is a bonus later), it just helps. Me, and others can confirm this.

As to why we're like this, for myself, I have a theory.
