I think that IQ itself is a meme. My guess is that "low IQ" people are not necessarily stupid: they just rejected modernity and see no value in it. "High IQ" people went through it and understood and overcame things that "middle IQ" people stuck in. High IQ are wise and have inner experience. They developed strong personality and an inner core that allows them to rely on themselves and see the reality as it is.
