Last year... Over 60k plus other earnings besides. I have low overhead since I own my condo outright and live with my gf, who has a good job and pays for a lot. It's enough overall that I buy Valentino or Givenchy pants when they're on seasonal clearance. Yes, my pants are fancy.

What are you wearing, anon?

there's a ton of great flash work out there, especially flash nonfiction in collections, or pieces that just get real experimental with form in service of the length. but that all being said, you're definitely an undergrad student for thinking it's the best

That's literally not what I said.
I'm not saying that everyone who gets paid is a good writer.
I'm saying that if you can't get anyone to give you a dime for what you write you are a bad writer.

See how they are not the same?

I wear this pair of pants that I found at work that has 6 pockets. My old pair of pants had a hole in the leg from an over-usage tear. The same day I got the hole is the same day I found this new (old) pair of a pants in the community pile, I was very happy. The pants I found fit me comfortably though they are an unappealing grey color. They do the job. When I got them I had to wear a belt but I've gained weight so I don't need a belt anymore. I've never looked at the brand but you motivated me to check it out. When I pick up the pants from the laundromat I will inspect the tag, but I think it's faded.
