Has anyone read The New Right by Michael Malice? I rarely read non-fiction but this one seems to be interesting.

It's pretty cringe. Mildly funny things the author said at one point or another, quoted with flimsy excuses. It's not clear what exactly the book is about, and the author draws inane connections between different vaguely right wing views.

Can you give an example of one connection he makes? Sounds interesting in a comical way. Like Fascism=Conservatism because they both value tradition or something along those lines?

Questioning whether the US should have joined WWII, because it was too late to prevent the Holocaust anyway => Becoming a Nazi

I'm not an ancap like the author but I thought it was a pretty good read, he interviews a lot of interesting fringe figures and he's quite lighthearted in his writing..

buy it and take a look. listend to a podcast about it. let us know what you liked.

I think from some passages I read, he is sort of a fly on the wall. in a sense it is better reporting than what you'd find anywhere in the mainstream

This.
And he's an "anarchist" and a dual citizen of some middle eastern country.

It's the best look into the new right you'll see from the semi mainstream. If you're already familiar with these ideas you might not learn much, but I thought it was a really fun read. His Twitter account owns pretty hard. Dude is an S teir troll
