Are there any books that explain why so many modern single women seem to have dogs as a pet? Cat Lady used to be the stereotype but it seems that Dog Lady is becoming more and more accurate.

God I wish I was that dog. As for a book recommendation I would say Infinite Jest, I haven't read it yet but I am fairly certain a dog makes an appearance in it.

Having kids in late teens/early twenties (which women are biologically programmed to do) is economically impossible for most women

every mid 20s girl on my facebook feed posts pathetic posts about baby fever all the time

>> No.14348743

They also project their need for children onto animals. I cringe every time I see some couple who has dogs/cats they call their "babies." These people are unstable.

Women have an inherent desire to have sex, and seek out strong men. In nature this would result in a child, thereby satisfying another inherent desire to take care of something, which in nature would of course be this child. With abortions and contraception, women can satisfy the need for sex and a man without having a child, and so they look for the closest thing to it, which is a pet. That's why they call dogs "furbabies", buy toys and even clothes for them, do these "funny" instagram poses etc.

this. Unless both parents work by their 20' its a really hard lifestyle to maintain. at least in the west.

>What they actually want is a man who can put a REAL child inside them. They're just so (((socially))) programmed that they don't consciously know this, and so they obsess over "cute" things (a baby is cute) like baby Yoda, or pets.

That's just a Jewish lie. Your great great grandmother would have ten children in a small cottage.

you forgot that if the dog is a rex thunderknot type (think german shepherd) they will project their lust for an alpha male onto the dog and fuck the dog

But anon, how will they be able to consoome if they have children? They can't buy their new phones and clothes if there's a brat or two they must feed around the house. Children are too much of a burden.

Yup, and that's the Jewish lie right there. Women are told that their happiness comes not from raising children, but from hedonism and consuming, and that if they raise children they will be less happy than if they buy a new phone or go shopping.

But in the past women have had children in absolute poverty where even something like starvation was real risk. Why do people these think that they have to have perfect Instagram lifestyle before they can have children?

We've come to prefer comfy lives over hardship. Everything about the modern world emphasizes comfy living over everything else. No, going to the gym for 1 hour every day is not hardship. Raising children is not comfy, so why bother?

Poverty in the past meant you were a peasant and could live a very modest rural life, but you could live it and you were a common citizen.
Poverty in our time is straight up ending up homeless, having your kids taken away, and being casted out of society as a human being.
Life in the west is such that, unless you are a minority, you are supposed to spend 200k to raise a child or you are not viable as a parent.
