In Deleuze and Guattari's case, he probably would have thought that sort of legislated sexuality was a "little black hole" or, in his particular use of the word, "fascism". It also relates to his later writings on "societies of control".
Same general idea for Barthes, Lyotard, Derrida and the other pomos.
