If you're into Dahl, you will love Fleischman. It's not perverted or anything you're thinking. Lots of good ones, fun adventure

CHAPTER ONE

Rowsed out of his daily malaise by an infrequent topic on /lit/, anon opened the thread with uncharacteristic excite. He took time with his response, savoring the rare experience of mutual engage on a topic, communicating with other human beings regarding a question he had often daydreamed upon.

"Here are my contributions," he wrote. "These are novels I'd keep in my library, if I were to ever have kids who I wanted to introduce to substantive literature."

His post read as follows:

>Anne of Green Gables
>Treasure Island
>Through the Looking Glass & Alice's Adventures in Wonder Land
>The Hobbit (specifically my mother's 50th goldbound hard copy edition)
>Time Warp Trio
>The Phantom Tollbooth

CHAPTER TWO
But he never did.
>The Little Prince
Reading this now, up to Chapter 7 page 19. I haven't enjoyed a book so much in a little while.

I remember my Dad telling the little Prince was the only book he read as a child, and as a result one with a large impression on him as a child.
