Outside of like mainstream, straight up Rawlsian liberalism no one* really fucks with the idea of rights anymore, whether they're Marxist or other left or right.

Which makes sense, at best it was an attempt to shoehorn a description of peaceable social relations and felt dignity and empathy into a weird legalistic Enlightenment framework.
