Me, I prefer reading English language books but I'm very limited in my choice in regular bookstores. My technique is to visit shops where they sell second-hand clothes. They get clothes from the UK, for example, in huge bags, together with English language books. Each time it is a surprise what will be available, so I just pick what looks interesting, and the price is good, because they cost $1 on average.

Well, that sucks. The problem with schools is that it's not easy to avoid the assholes, since they share the same building or classroom as you. But after school things will get better. The assholes will go to asshole-land, and you will find your own area where you will feel comfortable, with people you like and who will like you.

It was the same from me. When I was finished with school I never looked back, and I've never seen or met any asshole since then.

Anyway, books books books. The best way to escape the boring everyday world and at the same time learn something...

If you want to interact with people more, go join a messageboard / forum / community etc, etc, that caters more to the things you're into.
