I only studied such material for a few years, and now am a passable therapist for myself, Im not nearly as depressed or hopeless, because at least I can diagnose the problems, and then fathom how to change them, or how they won't be changed and that Ill just have to live with them. Also a minor problem if you diagnose such a problem and hen your Not ok with not dealing with it, may cause worse results.
