Best Iliad & Odyssey translation? Pope or Fitzgerald? The only translation I have is Fitzgerald, but I wanna know what lit's consensus is.

The one of these that you find the most beautiful and fitting. I went with Fagles, got the Box set of The Iliad, The Odyssey and The Aeneid and next year I'm going to read the Pope translations. Something else might work for you though.
