Which philosophers discuss the baseline present weirdness of existing? I'm in a long dream or some shit guys. This is freaky. I got like a brain and a body and all this stuff. I don't know how to use it or what to do with it though. What am I? What is this?

Which philosophers should I read?

Heidegger. He will make your entire perspective of existing change. Eventually after meditating on him you will realize that this "brain and body and all this stuff" is irrelevant. It's a red herring to the true nature of existing: poetry. Not as in written or spoken poetry (or even poetry itself), but the essence (wesen) of poetry. Poetic living, similar to what the ancients meant when they said that the body is temporary but the soul is forever yadda yadda. It's living without thinking but not in a hedonistic or even Epicurean way. It's more like fulfilling the intellect's purpose with your own feelings, essentially becoming some kind of INFP Ubermensch brainchad.
In this way he's the same as late Wittgenstein.

Look around the room. Or where-ever you are. Chances are you're human just like me. Can you explain this shit going on? Can ya? I can't. I'm at a loss. Look at this shit. Big bang? Evolution? Why? Where? God? But how does God exist?

I've listened to Jeff Magnum. I've liked his work very much so.

Thank you anon. Is it alright to avoid his political views while still getting benefit from reading his philosophy?

>Saṃvega is a Buddhist term which indicates a sense of shock, anxiety and spiritual urgency to reach liberation and escape the suffering of samsara.
Yes, this is indeed what I'm feeling. Thank you for posting that. It's as if being able to get another lens on my situation. It's good t know that there is advice for this sort of thing.
