Deadlifts and OHP are probably possible. Frankly benching has a lot of issues and if you're big enough you'll get decent intensity from push ups, if possible doing dips is good too. Then there's just the squat. I wouldn't recommend doing a steinborn, if something goes wrong at decent weight and you bail you're damaging something, but it's easy enough to clean the weight into a front squat.
