Can you publish (online service) a book that lists a politicians or celebrities or journalists name, address, family members, and say you will murder them, and encourage others to do so
BUT
preface the book by saying it's a work of fiction and all persons mentioned aren't meant to represent real people, living or dead?

How far would a preface let you go?

legally, you can't be held liable in minecraft. depending on your politics, you may get suicided or a "miscarriage of justice" might occur from the mods. really you're better off doing your own dirty work in minecraft, because its really not hard to get away with most hacks, the mods have just brainwashed you into thinking they are ubiquitous. you only ever hear about the hackers who got banned and not the ones who didn't.

Which means if it's decided to be factual, then privacy claims, threats, terrorism, etc are all in play.

Basically court can do what they like with their interpretation. If you a "resistance leader" writing about Trump, who knows. Basement dweller writing about Obama? Immediate drone.

I'd say yes since Amazon doesn't check for quality and content too much.
Question is though how long it will stay up. Once someone buys it, reads it, finds the doxxing distasteful and then reports it, it will probably taken down maybe legal steps will follow.
Do it and report back op.
