What is on the list seems more than enough lmao. You should only go into hinduism after you've become somewhat aknowledge in Buddhism anyway lmao.

Read abridged versions of Vedanta, Upanishads, Samkhya and so on. Also look at Bhagavad Gita.
In my understanding of Buddhism, it was not meant to be backed by volumes upon volumes of esoterica, like Hinduism is, but to break away from Hinduism completely. Buddhism is something to be practiced in the average everyday by anyone. This is where perhaps some might believe Buddhism has gone astray and become a more socially progressive form of Hinduism, which Arya-samaj and Brahmo-samaj eventually got around to doing.

Buddhism is more based as a practice, as we can all see, but there is something about Hinduist metaphysics that people say is amazing, even more so than Buddhist's, to a point where even Schopenhauer loved the Upanishads to death.
