Nothing more pseud than starting with the greeks tbqh but some philosophy like emerson and thoreau are genuinely enjoyable and interesting. If the philosophical work requires you to read multiple other philosophical works beforehand to begin to understand basic concepts the author puts forth, it's probably not worth reading in the first place.
